Ingredients
- 2 Pkg. pre-cooked breakfast assuage links (Jimmy Dean)
- 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 # Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 4 oz. regular Velveeta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1.Drain tomatoes
2.Microwave sausage links, let cool and chop up (food processor or chopper)
3.Slice Velveeta and place in microwave safe casserole dish (1-1 ½ qt); cook on high for several minutes or until the cheese is melted. (Check and stir every few minutes)
4.Add sausage and tomatoes. Mix well (should be thick)
5.Heat on high for 3 or 4 min. (longer if prepared and refrigerated prior) Stir and let stand for a few minutes. Serve with sturdy tortilla chips
