Steak and Kidney Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat or steak cut into cubes
  • 1/2 - 1 lb beef kidney,diced
  • 2 onions
  • oil
  • carrots
  • biscuit topping

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour in bag with seasoned salt and pepper and shake with meat.
Braise meat and about 2 onions in oil tll browned.
Add enough water to cover the meat, then simmer for about 1 hour or longer if you use stew meat.
Add carrots, when they are cooked put on biscuit topping and bake in 400 till crust is cooked. Put old cup in centre.
