Instant Pot Corn on the Cob (sweet)

Ingredients

  • 4 or more ears of corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cream, half n half or milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add corn, water, milk, sugar, salt and butter to Instant Pot.

Lock lid and close valve. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute. Allow a natural pressure release. The longer the corn sits in the liquid, the more flavor is infused.

If you want to cook the corn with the husks still on, add a couple more minutes.
