Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, fresh, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- parmesan cheese
- 1 pound pasta, of your choice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups Bloody Mary mix, prepared
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta.
Sauté shrimp with garlic in olive oil until the flesh is opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add to pasta and toss with Bloody Mary mix.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.
