Bloody Mary Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, fresh, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound pasta, of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups Bloody Mary mix, prepared

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta.
Sauté shrimp with garlic in olive oil until the flesh is opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add to pasta and toss with Bloody Mary mix.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.
