Frosty Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice or other fruit juice
  • 4 tsp. benefiber powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice--peaches, berries, melon or whatever is on hand

Preparation

Step 1

Mix fruit juice with benefiber in a blender for 30 seconds. Add banana and blend until smooth. Blend in frozen fruit.
