Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups chili sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 4-1/2 tsp horseradish
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 bone in chicken breaset halves

Step 1
In a small bowl combine the chili sauce vinegar horseradish and garlic remove 1 cup to another bowl for basting cover and refrigerartes
Carefully loosen chicken skin on one side to form a pocket. Place in a 13 in x 9in baking dish. Spread some of the remaining marinade under the skin; spread the rest over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Place chicken skin side down on grill rack. Grill cvered over indirect medium heat for 20-25 mintues on each side or until meat thermometer 170
