oreo truffles

I had these at a party in Findlay OH. The best. Thing. EVER.

Ingredients

• 1 package of double stuff oreos
• 1 1/2 blocks of cream cheese
• 1 lb chocolate coating bark

Preparation

Step 1

Put oreos in a large zip lock bag and roll a rolling pin over them until they are medium fine crushed

Put cream cheese in a bowl and stir until workable.

Add crushed oreos to cream cheese.

Stir until combined.

Place in the fridge for an hour to chill.

Melt chocolate bark in a double boiler.

roll oreo/cream cheese mixture into balls and dip in chocolate bark. ( I find that smaller than a ping pong ball and bigger than a marble shooter is a good size)

Set aside to cool.

Refrigerate.
