Ginger Mint Green Tea

Ingredients

  • 8 green tea bags
  • 4 Tbs fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 Tbs mint leaves
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 8 cups water to boiling.

Remove from heat and add ginger, mint leaves and green tea bags.

Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain into a large pitcher.

Add the sugar and the juice from the lemon and stir.

Serve hot or cold.
