Perfect for breakfast or dinner, this Hamburger Hash is super customizable. Add your favorite veggies and seasonings to make it your own!
- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 pound of browned hamburger
- 1 onion diced
- Vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

In large pan brown hamburger with one diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt or real garlic. I use about ¾ of a pound but can use more or less.
Drain and sit aside.
In the pan coat the bottom of pan with vegetable oil then put in one bag of frozen diced potatoes. Use salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste until the potatoes are soft and brown.
Stir in hamburger.
Cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.
