Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved
- 1/4 tsp salt/pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 lemons, peeled and sliced)
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 1/2 c dry white wine

Step 1
Brown chicken in butter 3-4 min. Transfer and cook capers, lemon slices, add liquid. Simmer 5-7 min with chicken.
Turn once to heat thoroughly.
