Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 1/2 C corn meal
- 1/2 C flour
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 3/4 C V-8 Juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 5 C V-8 Juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together for tamale balls. Form into balls.
Mix all ingredients for sauce. Pour over uncooked balls. Cook over heat (medium) for 45 - 60 minutes.
