Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 c cooled, boiled water
Preparation
Step 1
Bake sweet potatoes on a baking sheet at 350 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes start to pucker. Let stand for 15 minutes. Slice each potato in half and scoop out flesh into blender. Purée while gradually adding just enough water to reach a smooth consistency.
