Mollie's spinach-avocado dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 3 avocados, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 3 pickled jalapenos, coarsley chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 16 oz container sour cream
- 2 oz pkg. vegetable soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients together. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 8.
