Step 1
Spray a large deep skillet with Pam cooking spray, add sirloin steak, spices and 1/4 cup kitchen bouquet and brown the meat for 10-15 minutes. While the meat is browning add all of your veggies to a large stock pot, the juices and then your browned meat. Stir it all together and cook for 4-5 hours on med-low. Makes enough for several meals and the freezer
