    pounds of sirloin steak (cubed), 1 large bag carrots, 1 package of celery, 1 small onion, 1 large can of green beans and its juice, 1 large bag frozen corn, 1 large bag of frozen peas, 6 large potatoes (diced), 2 large cans of diced tomatoes, 2 large cans of tomato juice, 3 cartons of beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt, kitchen bouquet.


Spray a large deep skillet with Pam cooking spray, add sirloin steak, spices and 1/4 cup kitchen bouquet and brown the meat for 10-15 minutes. While the meat is browning add all of your veggies to a large stock pot, the juices and then your browned meat. Stir it all together and cook for 4-5 hours on med-low. Makes enough for several meals and the freezer
