Chili Chips

Grandpa and Tracy's favorite. Must have for Christmas Eve

Ingredients

• 1 # loaf party rye
• 1 # ground beef
• 1 # pork sausage
• 1 # velveeta cheese
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 oz can green chilies

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and pork sausage. Drain.
Mix velveeta with beef mix.
Add spices and green chillies and mix well.
Spread on bread. Cut bread in half diagonally and refrigerate until ready to use or freeze.
Broil bread until brown and serve.
