  • 8-10 small pickling cucumbers or 1 bunch of carrots
  • 2 C white vinegar
  • 2 C water
  • 2 Tbs pickling salt
  • 4 heads fresh dill
  • 4 small cloves of garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water,vinegar and salt to a rolling boil for a few mins. In sterilized pint jars add 1 head of dill and 1 clove of garlic. Layer pickles or carrots in jars. Pour hot liquid over veggies. Seal and process in hot water bath 10 mins
