Cut off any excess fat from steak. Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread prepared stuffing over steak and roll up, secure. Put in an oven bag and place in a square-baking pan, putting any remaining stuffing around steak. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over top of steak, dot with margarine and add a little water. Bake at 350º for 1 – 1½ hours.
