Ingredients

  • 18 Oreos, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pecan halves
  • fudge topping
  • caramel topping
  • mini muffin liners

Preparation

Step 1

Completely combine Oreos and butter, and press mixture in the bottom of each liner. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each liner, filling it almost to the top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely, and then refrigerate for at least an hour. Top each with pecan halves, and drizzle with fudge and caramel.
