Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 T pimento, diced
- 3 T fresh parsley, minced
- assorted crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except crackers, blending well. Form into a ball; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers. Makes 8 servings
