Baked Kielbasa & Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon, chopped and crisply cooked
  • 1 14 oz pkg Kielbasa, sliced into bite size pieces
  • 16 oz can sauerkraut, drained
  • 16 oz can whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • hot pepper sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in all ingredients together. Spread into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 6 to 8
