Ingredients
- 1 c frozen or fresh sweet peas
- 1/2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Put the peas into a steamer basket, or place into a saucepan covered by 1 inch or water. Steam the peas until tender, 10-12 minutes. Reserve water. Transfer peas to blender using a slotted spoon. Purée peas while gradually adding just enough of the reserved water to reach a smooth consistency.
