Peach Sriracha Sorbet

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp sriracha
- mint for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Large saucepan over med heat, combine peaches, water, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer gently 5 minutes. let cool. Pour into food processor and pulse til smooth.
Transfer to airtight container. fridge at least 4 hours.
Add sriracha and process in ice cream maker,
