Chili-Rubbed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbs chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the chili powder, oregano, and salt. Pat the spices on the fish. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon until opaque throughout, 4 to 5 minutes per side. (Lower heat if the spices begin to burn.)
