  • 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • soy sauce

Step 1

In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth and ginger to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and slowly pour in egg to form yellow threads. Turn heat off and add green onions, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
