Ingredients

  • 14

    oz. chicken broth

  • c. chopped, cooked ham

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • c. instant brown rice

  • ½

    tsp. pepper

  • 2

    c. frozen peas

Directions

In a skillet, combine broth, ham and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stir in rice and season with pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in peas and cook until rice is tender and peas are hot. Serve immediately, hot.
