Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pound Rockfish fillets
- 1 T light mayo
- 1 T lime juice
- 2 T honey
- 2 t's Dijon mustard
- 1 t dried dill
- 1/8 t salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup Panko Bread crumbs
- 1 t's butter
- Lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix mayo, lime juice,honey, mustard and dill. Spread over fish and place on broiling pan. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Pat bread crumbs on top of fish and dot with butter.
2. Broil about 5 inches from heat source for about 12 minutes for each inch of thickness or until meat flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lime wedges
