Ingredients

  • Dough:

  • 1

    c. milk

  • 1

    egg, beaten

  • 4

    T. melted butter

  • 4

    T. water

  • 1/2

    box instant vanilla pudding

  • 4

    c. flour

  • 1

    T. sugar

  • 1/2

    t. salt

  • 2 1/2

    t. yeast

  • Filling:

  • 1/2

    c. butter, softened

  • 1

    c. brown sugar

  • 2

    t. cinnamon

  • 1/4

    c. chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 1/4

    c. raisins (optional)

Directions

1. Place all dough ingredients in machine, in order listed. 2. Select knead and first rise on machine. 3. Turn on oven light to warm oven. 4. When dough is ready, remove from machine, punch down and roll out to a 17"x10" rectangle. 5. Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Make sure filling is soft enough to spread. 6. Spread filling over dough, getting as close to edges as possible. Sprinkle on nuts and raisin if desired. 7. Starting at widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. 8. Cut roll into 1 1/2" slices and place in lightly greased baking dish with sides. Place pan i warm oven and let rolls rise til doubled in size (30-45 minutes). 9. Remove pan from oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes.
