Pecan Pie

Grandmother Vinson's pie recipe. Mom gave it to me in 1974.
Mother got this receipe from Mrs. Walter Martin (Dottie)

Ingredients

• 1 C. Sugar
• 1 C. White Corn Syrup
• 1 C. Pecans
• 3 Eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Flour
• 1 Tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt
• 1 T. Butter or Oleo

Preparation

Step 1

Add flour to sugar, add butter and cream together.
Add slightly beaten eggs, salt and syrup, vanilla and pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake about 50-60 min. in slow oven (300*)
