Cheese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 24-30 large cherry tomatoes
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp crumbled dried oregano
  • 1-2 tbsp yogurt or sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend cheeses and onion.
2. Add enough yogurt or sour cream to make creamy.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Cut a slice from non-stem end of each tomato.
6. Scoop out insides and drain on paper towel.
7. Put cheese mixture in ziploc bag, cut corner, fill each tomato.
8. Sprinkle with paprika.
