Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 2 lb Boneless pork loin roast, well trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Combine all seasonings and rub all over surfaces of roast. Place on rack in a shallow roasting pan lined with foil. Roast 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Remove from oven. Tent with foil & let stand 10 minutes. Slice & serve.
