Banana Slices

Ingredients

  • 4 small Firm ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Rum

Preparation

Step 1

Slice bananas thickly.

Melt butter in skillet and add banana slices. Saute 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5 mins. Pour rum over mixture in pan and flame, stirring constantly.

Serve warm over ice cream (rum-raisin or vanilla) or with whipped cream.
