- 4 3-4" ciabatta or Fr bread rolls
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- s&p
- 3/4 c fillings ( diced tomato, cheese, spinach, mush-
- rooms, bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes,
- onions............)
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
oven 350
sliced rounded top off rolls, leaving generous bottoms----
hollow out trying to leave a 1/4" wall spread w/ butter, sp
place rolls on baking sheet and fill each w/ any of the fillings, then crack egg on top, making sure it doesn't run over edges.
bake 10 min then tent pan w/ foil --- cook until egg is cooked through --- about 20 min
