  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 /4 cup butter
  • 1 6 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 1 4 oz dry package of butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 3 1 /2 cups quick cooking oatmeal

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring all the while. Remove frm heat and add pudding mix dry from the package. Add oatmeal and cool for 15 minutes. Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
