Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and marinate pork for 2-3 hours.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste every 20 minutes.

May serve with mustard dressing:

1/3 cup sour cream; 1/2 cup Hellmans mayo; 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard; 2-3 green onions (chopped). Mix and chill 30 minutes. Serve with Pork.
