Crisp onion-roasted Potatoes

  • 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp thyme optional
  • 1 tsp marjoram leaves optional
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs potatoes



Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes about 8 servings.
