Baked Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 14 slices Bread - cubed - no crust
  • 11 slices American cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 stick Butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the night before:

Cut crust off bread and cube. Layer bread and cheese twice. Beat eggs in separate bowl, add milk and salt, and pour over bread and cheese layers. Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate.

NEXT MORNING:

Place casserole in a pan of water in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
