Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Dry milk
- 6 Tbsp. Flour (slightly over 1/2 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Plain Pumpkin
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 8 pkgs Sweet & Low OR Splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
