Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Dry milk
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour (slightly over 1/2 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Plain Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 pkgs Sweet & Low OR Splenda

Preparation

Step 1

Spray muffin tins with Pam.

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
