Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope active dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 4 cups self rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm water, about 110 to 115 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Put a heaping tablespoon into well greased muffin cups. Bake at 435 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden. Makes 3 dozen
