Watermelon Slush

Non-alcoholic version of my Watermelon Daquiri Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) can frozen nonalcoholic margarita mix
  • 3 cups seeded watermelon cubes
  • 2 cups frozen seeded watermelon cubes or ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a blender, combine margarita mix and 3 cups watermelon cubes; process until smooth.
2. Add frozen watermelon and pulse until mixture is slushy. Serve immediately.

NOTE: To make frozen watermelon cubes, just freeze seeded watermelon cubes in a shallow pan for 1 to 2 hours.
