Calvert Egg Nog - Full Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 Eggs Separate out yolks
  • 1 qt. 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 qt. Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Whiskey

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat egg yolks until light and fluffy.

Add whiskey, milk, and cream.

In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar into egg whites. Fold egg whites into liquid and blend gently. Top with nutmeg. Chill. To prevent overflow in punch bowl, suggest half recipe.
