Runner's Delight Smoothie

Smoothies help repair and nourish my body after a long, hard run. This smoothie, in particular, is great if you’re feeling fatigued or your muscles feel tight. Bananas replace lost potassium, orange provides energy, and raspberries help reduce pain or inflammation. Drink up! You’ll start to feel great in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (fresh when in season)
  • 1 small frozen banana, cut up
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup rice milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together. Add ice if desired. Drink immediately.
