Shoepeg Corn Pudding

Note: it gets hotter the longer it sits in the container

Ingredients

  • 3 cans shoepeg corn (drained)
  • 1 sm. can chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt cream cheese and butter in double broiler. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix until it is a smooth sauce. Stir corn into sauce. Bake uncovered @ 375 for 20-30 min or until bubbly.
