Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 1/2 C bread crumbs
- 3/4 C grated Italian cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove garlic - grated
- 1/2 C water
- chopped parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 large onion - grated
- Italian Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix all ingredients except sauce and form into small balls. Place meat balls in oiled baking dish. Bake at 375, turning once to brown evenly, for 15 to 20 minutes. When brown, add to sauce.
