Ingredients

  • 1 c butter (softened)
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 T baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t cloves
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 2 c fresh blackberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 10in bundt pan.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.

3. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Add creamed mix alternating with buttermilk.

4. Stir in nuts, raisins, and blackberries.

5. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 55-60 min.

6. Cook in pain 10 min then turn out onto cooling rack.
