Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cups grated, Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter on low heat in a saucepan.
2. Stir in the flour and salt.
3. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add the milk.
5. Stir mixture constantly on medium heat, until it boils and thickens.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
