Pork Loin Chops with Peach Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, thick-cut pork loin chops
- 4 t. garlic salt
- 1 T canola oil
- 1/4 cup Ore-ida frozen chopped onion, thawed
- 2 t crushed garlic
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 1 can (8 1/4 oz) lite sliced peaches, drained and chopped, juice reserved
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 2 T molasses
- 1 T orange juice concentrate
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Line a heavy duty baking sheet with foil and set aside. Season both sides of pork chops with garlic salt. Place on prepared baking sheet. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve pork chops drizzled with peach barbecue sauce.
