Mimi's Ribs & Kraut

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs spare ribs
  • 2 big cans saurekraut
  • 1 coil polish sausage sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dill

Preparation

Step 1

Cut ribs into portions & cover 3/4 with water. Add salt & sugar.

PPressure cook for 20 minutes or boil for 2 hours.

Add kraut, sausage & dill. Heat half an hour until hot through.

Serve with baked potatoes & sour cream.
