Ingredients
- Chocolate Cake:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz.)
- 1/2 cup water (warm)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- Vanilla Filling:
- 1/2 cup room temperature butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Chocolate Buttercream Icing:
- 6 tablespoons room temperature butter
- 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
*Chocolate Cake:*
Dump all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Fill 24 cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake as directed on cake mix box.
Allow to cool.
*Vanilla Filling:*
Beat all filling ingredients in a bowl.
Using an icing bag and round tip. Fill each cupcake with vanilla filling.
*Chocolate Buttercream Icing:*
Beat all icing ingredients in a bowl.
Using an icing bag and tip, ice each cupcake.
