Chili Shelley Loves

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • Large splash of cheap red wine (Menage a Trois)
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 6 onions diced
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 cans bush's chili beans in medium sauce
  • 2 cans red gold chili tomatoes
  • 1/2 to 1 cup beef stock

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown 3 tbsp chili powder in oil.
2. Add onions and saute for 4 minutes with chili powder.
3. Add meat and saute for 5 minutes or until done.
4. Add tomatoes, red wine, stock, pumpkin, beans.
5. Bring to boil.
6. Simmer and add salt as needed
